Make sure the battery is the offending part. If your motorcycle won't start, it could be a number of different things.
- Check that the ignition circuit breaker is set to “stop” and not “on”.

With friends, sit on the motorcycle, press the clutch and have them push the motorcycle. Alone, without a hill, you will have to push the bike to the pace of the jog before it can reload.
Release the clutch when the motorcycle reaches jog speed. Try not to release the clutch too soon, as it will not work if the motorcycle is not moving fast enough. The motorcycle should reach jog speed or higher when you release the clutch.
If the battery does not charge, try again while driving faster. It may take several tries for this to work.
Return the motorcycle to neutral. Once the motorcycle is running, shift gear into neutral and apply the brakes. Try to get the motorcycle to run at full speed and keep pressing the throttle to make sure the engine does not turn off.
Ride the motorcycle to your home or to a repair shop. Even if the motorcycle is working again, it is more than likely that the battery is damaged; have it repaired by a mechanic as soon as possible.
